| Detention of Rehman Murder Suspects Is Declared Void by SHC |
KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday pronounced detainment request of the blamed in Perween Rehman murder case as invalid and void, Pakistan Digital News detailed.
Perween Rehman, top of the Orangi Pilot Undertaking (OPP), was gunned down close to her office in Orangi Town on Walk 13, 2013.
The high court had upset the capital punishments gave over to the blamed in Perween Rehman murder case by an Enemy of Psychological oppression Court (ATC). The blamed were subsequently kept for 90 days under the MPO.
Blamed Rahim Swati, Amjad Hussain, Ayaz Swati and Ahmed Hussain had tested their detainment under the support of public request in the high court.
The direction of the blamed argued that the confinement for blamed has been infringement for their central privileges.
